product is great, company selling it sucks! first they sent us the wrong carpet, then expected us to pay to pick it up for return, then 1 week after they got the wrong carpet back, they said the one we actually wanted is on back order for another 2 weeks. ridiculous! u shouldn't charge people's credit card until u have delivered their product! would recommend the product but not this seller!!!

Yes this was for our daughter and she loved it. The only problem I have is you charged my cc incorrectly. The rug was 309.00 with a 20% discount. The invoice you sent was correct (247.20), but you charged my cc the entire 309.00 and have yet to respond to any of my emails so my cc company is taking care of the problem since you would not. Great product just bad accounting and billing department.
